Miami-Dade commissioner: Surfside condo collapse is ‘isolated’ incident as rescue effort continues

As rescue workers enter their fifth day of searching for possible survivors in the Surfside, Florida, condo collapse, authorities say at least nine people were killed and 152 are unaccounted for. Miami-Dade Commissioner Sally Heyman joins News NOW to share the challenges first responders are facing and whether any other building in the area are at risk.
