Disappearance of woman from Herculaneum, Missouri bar in 1976 remains unsolved

Geneva Verneal Adams, 53, of Festus, Missouri, was last seen at the Artesian Lounge in Herculaneum, Missouri in the early morning hours of July 25, 1976. Geneva, who had arrived at the bar with her daughter to go dancing, met up with a man named Jimmie Lee Mills. Mills and Geneva were last seen leaving the bar together. He told police they went to another bar and then he dropped her off at a donut shop in Crystal City, Missouri. But no one reports seeing Geneva after she left the first bar. The
