Florida woman still missing nearly three months after car found abandoned on railroad tracks

Cieha Taylor was last seen on February 6, 2020, when she dropped her boyfriend off at home in Plant City, Florida. Her car was later found abandoned on the railroad tracks nearby. The engine was still running. Her belongings were still inside the car. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
